After account closure, we retain certain records as required by banking regulations — typically 5–7 years for transaction records and 3 years for marketing consent records. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Student Checking accounts for ages 17–24 require a parent or guardian as a joint account holder.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
