Prospera Credit Union Bill Pay is included free with Everyday and Premier Checking. Pay thousands of companies electronically or send paper checks to anyone with a U.S. mailing address.

Search our directory of 15,000+ billers or enter a company name, account number, and address manually. Save payees for future payments.
Schedule payments
Choose the payment date, amount, and frequency. Set up recurring payments for rent, utilities, insurance, and subscriptions.
We send it
Electronic payments go directly to the biller. For non-electronic payees, we print and mail a check on your behalf.
Track delivery
Monitor pending, sent, and cleared payments from your bill pay dashboard with real-time status updates.

Common questions
Is bill pay free?
Yes. Bill pay is included at no charge with Prospera Credit Union Everyday and Premier Checking accounts. There are no per-payment fees for electronic or check payments.
How long do payments take?
Electronic payments to participating billers typically post in 1–2 business days. Paper checks may take 3–5 business days to arrive by mail. Schedule payments early to avoid late fees.
Can I cancel a scheduled payment?
Yes. Payments can be edited or canceled up until they begin processing. Sign on to Bill Pay → Scheduled Payments to manage upcoming items.
What if a payment is late or lost?
Contact us within 60 days. For payments we send, we work with you and the biller to resolve delivery issues. Late fees caused by our error may be reimbursed.
Can I pay bills from savings?
Bill pay draws from your checking account. You can set up an automatic transfer from savings to checking before payment dates if needed.
Is there a payment limit?
Individual payments are limited to $25,000. Total daily bill pay volume is capped at $50,000. Contact us to request higher limits.
